The object of the present invention are improvements in leveling devices of coating parts, applicable during the installation of said parts on a surface; said improvements consisting in the incorporation in the leveling device of a breaking zone that guarantees a predetermined tightening of the ceramic tiles suitable to guarantee their leveling. In the application for utility model U 200930036 of the same applicant a leveling device is described for the placement of coating pieces such as tiles or ceramic pieces correctly aligned and leveled.
The device in question comprises a first body, substantially flattened for placement below the covering pieces, said first body being provided with an appendix having at first end, attached to the first body, a first break zone for separation of the first body once used; and at a second end, distant from the first body, a hook, preferably a hole or recess, for the grip of a drive tool. The leveling device comprises a second body with a passage for its movable assembly in the appendix of the first body, to an operative position in which it presses the covering pieces against the first body making its alignment.
As usual in this type of leveling devices the appendix of the first


body and the passage of the second body have complementary means of engagement, as a ratchet, which allow the advancement of the second body only in the direction of the first body, preventing its subsequent disassembly.
Once the covering pieces have been permanently placed and fixed to a surface, for example by means of cement, silicone or other similar product, it is enough to pull the appendix until the breaking strength of the first breaking zone is overcome, so that the appendix separates of the first body, together with the second body mounted on said appendix.
The aforementioned antecedent presents some drawbacks in the event that the operator applies excessive force to perform the thrust of the second body along the appendix of the first body, since in this case the rupture of the appendix occurs through the area of rupture remaining the device unused and unusable.
On the contrary, if the operator does not squeeze enough, the second body does not properly press the coating pieces against the first body of the device, the coating parts being misaligned or uneven.
Therefore, this device requires the operator to apply a controlled force, sufficient to achieve the correct positioning of the ceramic pieces and without breaking the appendix and separating it from the first body.
It is also worth mentioning that during the placement of the ceramic pieces it is usual for operators to place the first body of the device and mount the second body on the appendix of the first body, but without establishing its tightening, subsequently performing the subsequent tightening of the different devices installed.
This work operation entails the risk that some of the installed devices are not pressed because visually it is not appreciated if it has been carried out


the tightening of each of them.
The applicant for the invention is unaware of the existence of a background that allows the problem raised to be satisfactorily resolved. Description of the invention
In order to solve the aforementioned problems, improvements have been introduced in the leveling devices of coating parts mentioned above and with the characteristics set forth in the pre-characterizing part of the first claim, improvements that allow establishing a predetermined tightening of the leveling device on the ceramic pieces, ensuring that these are perfectly aligned and level, and visually determine if the leveling device has been properly tightened, also preventing that during such tightening the involuntary rupture of the appendix can occur at the end near the first body.
To this end, the improvements envisaged in the invention consist in providing the appendix of the first body, at its second end, with a second breaking zone of less resistance to breaking than the first breaking zone close to the first body.
Said second zone of breakage is arranged in the appendix so that when the leveling device is operated, the appendix is drawn with a suitable tool, when the first body and the second body exert a certain pressure on the ceramic pieces to be applied, the rupture of the appendix by the second rupture zone, which is arranged above the second body and consequently in a visible position.
This second zone of breakage therefore allows to guarantee the application of a predetermined pressure on the ceramic pieces and to visualize if the leveling devices used have been correctly tightened.
Once the ceramic pieces are definitely fixed to a surface, it will suffice


by retracting the appendix, in this case with a greater force to achieve the breakage of the first rupture zone close to the first body and consequently its separation together with the second body mounted on the appendix. Description of the figures.
To complement the description that is being made and in order to facilitate the understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to the present specification in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented:
Figure 1 shows a front elevation view of a leveling device for coating parts with the improvements of the invention.
Figure 2 shows a profile view of the leveling device of the previous figure in a position of use, before establishing the clamping of the second body of the device against the ceramic pieces to be installed.
Figure 3 shows an elevational view of the device of the previous figures with the improvements of the invention once the clamping of the device and the breakage of the appendix through the second area of breakage have been established.
Figure 4 shows a view of the device once the covering pieces have been fixed to a surface and the appendix separated, together with the second body of the device, by breaking said appendix through the first breaking zone. Preferred embodiment of the invention.
As can be seen in the figure, the leveling device for coating parts with the improvements object of the invention comprises a first body
(1) superiorly provided with an appendix (11) that it presents in a first


end a first break zone (12) and at a second end a drive hole (3) by means of a tool (not shown).
The device additionally comprises a second body (2) with a passage
(21) for movable mounting in the appendix (11) in the direction of the first body (1) as shown in Figure 2.
As usual in this type of leveling devices the appendix (11) and the passage (21) incorporate complementary means of fixing, as a ratchet, constituted in this case by a jagged tooth (14) in the appendix (11) and by retention pins (not shown) housed in the passage (21) of the second body, which allow the advancement of the second body (2) along the appendix (11) only in the direction of the first body (1).
In figure 2 the first body (1) arranged below the covering pieces (P) to be fixed on a surface by means of a fixing product (F) and the second body (2) mounted on the appendix (11) can be observed ).
By applying an upward force on the hole (13) of the appendix and a downward force on the second body (2) by means of a suitable tool (not shown) it is possible to press the covering pieces (P) by the second body (2) against the first body (1), as shown in figure 3, so that said parts are correctly leveled. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure, the appendix (11) is broken through the second rupture zone (15) leaving a visible sign that the correct tightening of the device has been established.
Finally, once the covering pieces have been fixed to the surface in question, the appendix (11) is pulled until it breaks through the first break zone (12), separating from the first body (1), together with the second body (2) as shown in figure 4.
